Can third party tags like DoubleVerify be added to an email campaign message?

We are working with a design agency on some creatives to include in an upcoming email campaign, and they had the following (3) questions:

  1. Can ActiveCampaign platform take DCO creatives, served through Flashtalking?
  2. Can we implement DoubleVerify Tags, monitoring and blocking or only blocking tags?
  3. Can your platform take branded mobiles? Meaning mobile sizes (300x50/320x50) will be served through an HTML5 not Static (as usually served)?

We do not currently integrate with Flashtalking or DoubleVerify. You can request new apps like these, however, here.
