Bounced Email Campaign Trigger

Hi - I am trying to create an automation that adds a tag if to a contact if an email hard bounces. Everything I am finding online says that there is a “New Campaign Bounce” trigger but it does not show up. Any ideas?

Hey there, I don’t know of a bounce trigger using automations.
Perhaps the documentation you found was referring to the webhooks that you can find under Settings → Developer → Manage Webhooks?
Setting up a webhook could achieve your goal of adding a tag however you’d need to catch the webhook with something like Zapier.
