Hello - we invite people to lots of webinars (hosted in MS Teams).
Our current set up is send out an email with a form. They complete the form. When they do this they get a tag ‘registered for XYZ webinar’. In another automation we set up an email with the MS Teams joining details which is sent to everyone with the tag. Active Campaign doesn’t appear to allow trigger emails based on checkbox selection (if there are more than one webinar being promoted) so we have to use tags and conditional content to determine which joining details they get based on what they sign up for.
Anyone, know a better way on doing the above?
Also, when they get the joining details, we can’t seem to add an ‘add to calendar’ button which would then add the webinar to their calendar. Anyone know how to do this?
