Hello,

What is the best way to integrate ActiveCampaign with Trustpilot, and how can customer reviews be included in the campaign builder? Can anyone suggest strategies for lead scoring and reviews?

Marissa here from the ActiveCampaign Customer Experience team. The best way to connect ActiveCampaign, and Trust Pilot is through Zapier: Trustpilot Integration & App | ActiveCampaign

As far as lead scoring goes I would recommend setting up rules for when a certain custom field is updated. This is a great article to start: Lead Scoring Best Practices in ActiveCampaign
