Abandoned Cart Email – Improve Product Layout Display

In the abandoned cart email, products are currently displayed in a single-column layout (one product per row), which makes the email excessively long whenever multiple items are present in the cart.

In addition, the current presentation is not visually appealing and gives the email a low-quality appearance, especially when the cart contains several products. The layout feels cluttered and does not reflect the professional image we want to convey through our brand communications.

We would like to change the product section to a two-column grid layout, displaying 2 products per row (2x2, 2x3, etc., depending on the number of items in the cart), while keeping each product's image, name, price, and call-to-action button.

Product 5 | Product 6

The goal is to reduce the overall length of the email, improve readability, create a more professional and visually appealing design, and ultimately increase cart recovery rates.
