I’m running into an issue with lead scoring in ActiveCampaign and was wondering if anyone has experienced something similar.
In my automations, I assign lead scores with an expiration time. The points are being added correctly, but they don’t seem to be expiring as they should.
To test this, I created a very simple automation:
A contact receives +1 point, which is set to expire after 1 hour.
The automation runs fine, and the point is added as expected.
The automation ran as expected, and the point was correctly added yesterday at 20:58 (UTC+2). Since the score was set to expire after one hour, it should have been removed by 21:58. However, even the next day, the contact still has the point – well past the expiration time.
I expected the score to automatically decrease once the expiration period ended, but that didn’t happen. Has anyone seen this behavior or knows what could be causing it?
Is there something else I need to configure to make the expiration work?
