I am very frustrated I needed to contact someone, a real person and had a very hard time trying to figure that out. I went to “Live” chat to find out there was nothing “Live” about the robot. There was no support number or real person chat. I finally found a form I could fill out but that was just put the problem out to you it was not resolving the issue.
Stop calling it “Live” chat, there is nothing live about it.

Depending on your timezone the chat will be live - you may have to find out when it is. But even if the chat is live it always starts with the chatbot now. I don’t find it helpful … but it is like it is. Just connect to the live times and you will get a real person.
In german/berlin time it is from 4.30pm to 11pm maybe this helps.
