You can only have a total of 3 (does not) contain operators in one segment

I want to create segment with filtered keywords. However, segment is limited the 3 contain operator. Is there a way to do this?

For example, I want to create segment based on job titles. For this, I want to use “Human”, “HR”, “People”, “Talent”, “Learning”, “Training” keywords for HR group. However, this is 6 contains search group and is not allowed. Is there a way to do this? Or do I need to create 2 different segments for it?

I think you are on the right track, I would do this by creating 2 different segments! But you could use tags instead:

  • Set up automations that apply tags based on job title keywords
  • Create segments based on tags rather than text matching
  • Tags are much more flexible for this type of categorization
