I would like to segment my client list for payment type.
for example I would like to verify similar condition
If a new order is paid with paypal, → add tag [paypal] → start automation “payment-ok”
if a new order is paid with another payment type → add tag [payment-pending] ->start automation “payment-pending”
So, do you have any idea or suggest to realize that?

You should be able to accomplish this by using Zapier to create a tag whenever a product is purchased with Paypal and sending that tag info back into Active Campaign. Which then starts the automation.
What other payment types are you offering? Are they on a different system than paypal?

ok, so I will try Zapier.
Unfortunately, the other payment system that I’m offering is Bank transfer
so, when a new order is paid with Bank transfer, the status of the order is “Pending Payment”
In fact I can’t see if the “real” payment exist,
because the Bank account It is not connected to woocommerce
for those, I need to add tag to customers and stop automation up to verify the payment.
Maybe somebody have the same trouble?

It’s very flexible and should allow you to tag customers who utilize the bank transfer method of payment, Then you could verify the payments utilizing your tags.
