Why is New Chat Location so Dumb?

  1. Why would you hide the chat on the left side and not tell people? If you’re going to hide features, you should make a big deal about letting people know that you’ve hid them and where you’ve hide them.

  2. Getting help now requires more clicks. Whose brilliant idea was that?
