When you see this warning, it means you need to add your physical mailing address to your ActiveCampaign account. All outgoing emails are required by law to include a physical mailing address. If this information is not added, then emails will remain in draft mode and will not send.
To resolve this:
- Click Settings > Addresses on the left menu.
- Click the “Add Address” option.
- A modal window will appear. Provide your physical mailing address in the spaces provided.
- Click the “Add address” button.
Alternatively, you can click the buttons that appear in the warnings. Doing so redirects you to the Settings > Address page where you can add your address information!
