Why can't you give people an option of time zones? US or European? My email sent 12 hours too late?

I messed up the most important email in years, because the way you list times is confusing.

Why do you have to list 19.00, etc.

Why not just 10 am, 5 pm, etc.?

Your email sent 12 hours too late on the most important email in years!

Please list hours in US ways or give us the option!

That misleading info made me lose out on thousands of book sales.

Hey there - I know by experience what a frustrating feeling it is to have carefully laid plans go wrong because of one small thing!

There is an option to change how times display by going to Settings → Advanced, and scrolling to the “Time Format” section. Hope this helps avoid frustration in the future.
