Where I can find custom fields in the UI?

Where can I see all custom fields added to the contact in the interface ?

I have added a custom field to the contact via API and got successful response

and want to see it in the contact description

API says this field is visible

and I’m unable to manually create s filed with such title, it says it exists

but I’m unable to find it anywhere

Is the custom field property on Ivan Ivanov empty?

You can see custom fields in the contacts page by adding the custom field to the columns, or in the single contact page (if the field is empty you have to click “show empty fields”)
