Can I get help? Where do I find the form for people to add their name, email, and phone to an opt-in page? Also, my timer is totally off. How does one fix that?

Hi Lynn.
Go to website / forms.
If it is an AC page, you can choose the form there.
If it is an external page, such as wordpress, if you have the ActiveCampaign plugin installed you can add the form via shortcode.
Otherwise, you can copy the embed code for the form and put it into an HTML block on the page.
regarding the timer, not sure what you mean by that. You can explain more or share a screenshot?
