Where can I find the Hard bounce email list?

Hello
I was searching for a list of bounced email because I would like to delete hard bounce from my contacts,

but it seems I can only get this list from the shared report, not fromt the campaign report

is it possible bounced emails list is just there?

I did by my self
Simply click on “Bounce” in report view

Hi there, Amy from ActiveCampaign’s Customer Experience Team. We’re just refreshing our forum page and I wanted to add some help here for anyone who comes across this page/question/post.

To locate contact who have bounced on your previous campaign:

  • Go to Campaigns
  • Open ‘All Campaigns’ Report
  • Open the Campaign Report
  • In the Summary section, you’ll see ‘Bounces’
  • Here, you’ll see the contact(s) who had bounced, the date and time of the bounce and the bounce code & reason

Alternatively, you can view all contacts with a ‘bounce’ status on any list by:

  • Going to Contacts
  • Filter the list status as ‘Bounced’
  • This will list all contacts who have a bounced status on any list

You can also refine this by selecting a specific list name and status as bounced and this will tell you the contacts who have bounced on that list. There is a limitation as this won’t display how the contact bounced or when, it will just simply list the contacts > you’ll need to open each contact and view when they bounced.
