I have an email automation setup. The trigger happens when a new contact is added to the specified list. I bought a domain and email on GoDaddy…i configured the CNAME and verified on click funnels that it was set up correctly. I am still not receiving the email when i test out the funnel on either site. is there a certain email type you have to use on active campaign?
If you send test versions of the automation emails to your new email address, do those arrive in your inbox?
How new is your ActiveCampaign account? Have you sent any campaigns from it yet?
I assume not, if you have only just set up the domain and email address.
Perhaps try creating a test campaign that will only send to you, or a couple of test contact records and make sure it gets approved.
I would then suggest you test the automation again, triggering it with a fresh contact, and see whether the emails arrive. Also, as always, check your Spam/Junk folders.
