The email results form action is used to notify that a form has been submitted. If using Email Results in a Form action, all fields available to the list the form is subscribing to will be included in the notification. If no list subscribe action is present, they will get all fields included.
If you use a Notification action in an automation you can add personalization tags to only send the information you want in the notification.
Make sure you have “Include a summary of the contact’s field values in the message footer.” unchecked if you do not want any extra information.
Thank you for this answer. I’m trying to have JUST the fields that are on the form sent to my team in an email when the form is submitted. Right now, it keeps sending us an email with allllll of our custom fields on it, even though for this particular form, we only ask the user to fill out 8.
It’s difficult to read. Is there any setting to ensure that only the particular fields that are on the form will be sent to our internal address when a user completes the form?
