I am trying to figure it out if anyone else is experiencing bugs with the landing pages. I have so many ads on hold because the landing pages have been booting me out every other couple minutes for days. There is a screen that says “contact support” yet even that page will not work.
Yes, would like some insight on this. This feature is pretty awful right now. I was pretty excited to use it. It’s unusable right now. It should not have been released in this state.

Same. Pretty angry about it since I recently left HubSpot for ActiveCampaign. I went to support and haven’t heard a single word. Crickets. Not happy.
Hi, we have recently subscribed this platform to test its functions and the start isn’t good.
The pages section simply doesn’t works!
I’ve written 3 days ago to the technical support and now words from anyone.
There are error messages every two clicks: impossible to start a landing from a template due to an “Unhandled error”.
After many and many attempts we was able to open a page but every 10/20 secs. the communication goes down.
Technical support didn’t answer our questions and it’s been over 3 days… Unacceptable!
I have been facing the same problem with the same lack of response. I just signed up for a paid plan and migrated from Mailchimp. I feel so disappointed with this; pages are extremely important for me. The level of customer service has been terrible. I filed a ticket and it was marked resolved - probably to bump up the service agents KPIs. Unacceptable. What would be a good way to escalate this in your view?

I’m having the same problem. I joined Active campaign 9 days and had the issue from day one so not a great start. It’s taken me the whole week and a lot of patience to build half a landing page. I’ve contacted support twice and did get the response that they were aware of the issue and working on it. It would be helpful to provide status updates and specifically how long it is going to take to resolve so we can make alternative arrangements if needed. I was supposed to launch a big campaign today, which is obviously not going to happen.
I am still having trouble with it, and one of the reasons why I choose ActiveCampaign. It is disappointing
