What does the SOLID GREY line mean in "path through automation?"

I’m looking at the path a user took through an automation.

There are three types of lines:

dashed gray : paths they did not take
solid gray : what is this?
sold black : clearly their path

Hey there!

The solid lines show the contact’s path through the automation, while the dotted lines show potential paths they can take. There is a gradient added if the contact is going through multiple loops, like they could with a go-to action, just so you can see which path is associated with which turn through the loop. In this case, it looks like the gradient was just added once they hit the Go-to action, but it’s still the same path.

Please let us know if you have any questions!

So by “gradient” you mean “gray” (or lighter) than the black line?
And when you say "multiple loops, does that gradient line mean they have taken that path (represented by a single gray line) multiple times?

In other instances where a user got caught in a loop, the repeated path was actually shown with multiple black lines. (Presumably each one representing repeating the path once)
