Hi, we are using webhooks in the automation to deliver to customers serial numbers from our licensing system for the trial of our Software. Until, Friday June 29th midday everything was working fine, then suddenly the webhook step started to be skipped in the automation. We have several automation and this problem is in all of them. We haven’t touched our code nor did any system updates on our end.
Has anybody encountered this problem?
I have opened a support ticket yesterday but support hasn’t contacted me yet. It is really a big issue for us. We had to ad-hoc stop all automation and are doing everything manually at the moment. We are back in the stone age
We have the similar issue. Webhooks are not sent to our server. At the same time we found the same trigger works fine for new end-points and doesn’t work for our prod and dev servers
Was able to fix this with AC support: the problem with mine was that the webhook was failing due to expired SSL certificates. Apparently there are more than one certificate and few of them expired few weeks ago, while others were still showing as active.
Anyway, updated my certificates and webhooks are firing once again.
