View lists/segments a campaign was sent to

Hi, relatively new here and working it all out :slight_smile:

We sent a one off campaign a few weeks ago.

I’m trying to view which lists/segments it was sent to - and can’t work out how to view this information.

When I click on the campaign, I’m taken to the report.
I can see who has opened/clicked (or not), but can’t see anywhere that says: "this campaign was sent to list ‘x’, and list ‘y’ and this segment of list ‘z’.

Can anyone help?!

Feel like I’m going in circles trying to work it out…

If you want a high-level overview of what lists are associated with what campaigns you can do this:

If you want details around a specific campaign, you can go to reports → details:

How can I see the reports of the contacts to whom an email or campaign was sent (And they have not opened that email or campaign)
Note: Is this possible in the trial version because I’m practicing before I upgrade my plan?

Biannca here from our CX team - the Campaign > Details feature is available on all plans. If want to see opens/unopens for a specific campaign, you can click the Opens bar under the Summary box and filter between opens and unopens like this: https://screen.ac/Kouke7YE.

If you to want see a list of contacts who we’re sent the campaign, the quickest way is to run an Advanced Search segment like this https://screen.ac/ApumOEJN.
