Variable Subject

Is it possible to have a subject be based on a variable for the contact? I want to detect if someone is a Spanish speaker and have that use a Spanish subject, while using an English subject for everyone else. The content is not an issue, just the subject.

Hey @medorioncareplus! I think the only way to do this is to create a condition and then use two emails. I have multiple multi-language accounts and use different automations or conditions to segment based on the language.

If you need to do this just a few times, you could use a new custom field with the subject of your next email (or that specific email if it’s inside an automation) email so you can use that as a variable, and this way, you can have different subjects. It’s not a great workaround, but it could work if you have just a few cases.

Hi, I agree with @brunodefigueredo, the best option would be to create a condition in automations for sending different messages based in the Custom Field or tag (language).
