We are currently setup with a customer domain, however we aren’t able to access any of the site if we use HTTPS in conjunction with the custom domain. How do we go about setting up and SSL certificate for AC using the custom domain?

If anyone comes across this issue after setting up their CNAME for their ActiveCampaign account name, please contact our support team via live chat support or via email at help@activecampaign.com with the following details:
- when you see the error and kindly provide us with a screen recording
- Your ActiveCampaign account URL (the original account URL - not the CNAME)
