Urgent Assistance Needed: Campaign Sending & Contact Management Issues

Hi everyone, I’m experiencing several issues with my account, and I could really use some help!

  1. My campaigns are not being sent—they stay stuck in the draft folder no matter how many times I try to share them.
  2. I deleted enough contacts to get back under our contact limit, but my campaigns are still not going out.
  3. Now I’m blocked from deleting and importing contacts, so I can’t manage my lists properly.

Has anyone experienced something similar, or does anyone know how I can resolve these issues?
