Upgraded Because I was At Capacity

How do I send out automations emails after upgrade to subscribers that subscribed but the email wasn’t sent because I was at capacity?

I would recommend adapting these steps to start contacts at a specific step in the automation - in your case, we’ll want to first determine who we need to target by doing an advanced search for any contacts who were not sent that message but are in/have completed the automation(s) in question. Once you’ve identified the contacts who missed an email, you can create a goal in the automation above your message and tag them so they can trigger your new goal and pass through the email step again.
