Is there a way I can track unsubscribed?
Yes, in your campaign report, just click on the Unsubscribed tab to see who unsubscribed on this campaign.
Or when you are in Contacts, choose Unsubscribed, in the top bar Status, to see all of your unsubscribed contacts.

You need to open the navigation panel (or double click on report icon). Then you’ll see further tabs.
