The monthly payment was not made for this month but I am also unable to update the credit card details - ‘payment failed’. I tried to input a new credit card but payment still failed.
The credit card is valid and has enough funds - I’ve raised a support ticket and haven’t heard back, and the live chat was essentially useless as it solved nothing, only raised another ticket.
ActiveCampaign is threatening to deactivate our account. It is frustrating that there is no assistance available for such a minor issue.

When it comes to updating your payment info, for security corpuses, you must have main admin level credentials to access your account. Once there, you should have access to the Billing & Upgrade page to update your billing information. This is located in the bottom left corner of your account. Changing your billing information is easy and can be done at any time during your billing cycle. HERE is a great video tutorial about this process!
