Typeform Lead Info Not Passing Through To Existing ActiveCampaign Contacts

Hi AC,

We have a Typeform that is integrated with ActiveCampaign using the native integration app on ActiveCampaign.

But I’m having issues with some Typeform submissions going through to ActiveCampaign and some not.

I’ve discovered that if a contact already exists in our ActiveCampaign and they complete our Typeform, their info doesn’t come through and update the existing contact. BUT if someone completes our Typeform and their email is NOT an existing contact, then a new contact is created fine with all custom fields filled in.

I’ve reached out to Typeform about this and they said: " Huh, that is odd. Reading their documentation, it does seem like they should add the contacts even if they already exist. I would definitely suggest contacting their support team! Since they built the integration, they might have a bit more assistance with troubleshooting."

Is there anyway to resolve this?
