I am trying to achieve the following:
- User registers through my active campaign form embedded on my website for my online event
- The form submission triggers an automation to send a confirmation email, an email 48 hours before the event starts and another email 6 hours before the session starts and another email 1 day after the event has finished
I added a custom field for ‘event date’ which updates when a form is submitted, i have created an automation for each event containing specific email for each event using the sequencing above, The challenge I have is that the ‘event date’ changes if someone signs up for multiple events (as they are submitting a new form each time) which then ruins the previous automations that have already been triggered as the ‘event date’ field changes each time they register for a new session,
