I am using the webinar automation template. I want to send an email at both 1 hour before and 15 minutes before my webinar start time. The triggers for a certain number of days before the event time don’t seem to work for hours and minutes — or at least I cannot figure it out. If someone can offer instructions, I’d be very grateful.

First of all, welcome to the community! We’re happy you’re here.
To send one hour and 15 minutes before your webinar, you would use a Wait Until or Goal action. The conditions would be “Current Time is” and whatever time you want the email to go out.

So, I have a goal and a wait condition. Your screenshot just showed me what I was doing wrong in my wait time – I wasn’t seeing how to adjust for time zone, but I had the wrong option. So I see how to do one hour before that way, but there aren’t 15-minute increments in the drop-down – is 2:45 pm a possible setting there?
My goal just above it is:
That’s the date of my webinar. So is that correct?

Nope, so what you might have to do is “wait until” two hours before and then have a 45 minute wait. It’d work out to 1 h 15 m before.
