Hi team, I have read through a bunch of posts but I am a bit daft and can’t work things out well. Can someone please help me?
I have a single lead form in AC that I want embedded on 24 websites that I don’t own so can’t just use site tracking. How do I have the lead add a tag or something to show which site it came from without having to create 24 different forms?

There isn’t a simple way to accomplish this with just the form without the site tracking, as you’ll either need to have a form for each site, or you’ll need to write some code that will add values to a hidden field. For example, you can write a JavaScript snippet that will plugin the URL for the site and add it to the custom field so you can see where the form came from. However, this would need to be embedded in the same section as the site tracking code, so if you are unable to add that, the separate forms will be the easiest solution.
