I have tried to run the API for the tracking logs for a particular contact ID. It retrieves nothing even though 444 events exists for them. If I go to that contact within Active Campaign and the users window to see the activity on the right hand side and then run the retrieve for the tracking logs, they download.
This is a really good question. From what I can tell, it looks like you are trying to retrieve a specific contact’s recent activity records. I am unable to tell from the GIF you attached which call you are using, but this Get Call for “List all contact activities” should be useful if you have the contact’s id: List all contact activities
If you still are experiencing issues retrieving it, we may need to check and see where you are pulling the id from to make sure it is correct. If you have any questions at all, please let me know. Take care and stay safe.
I checked the article I attached and it says that it should include TrackingLogs. As long as site tracking is enabled and the contact is properly cookied, it should provide that information when using the Get call. If you are still having issues retrieving the info, let me know. We may need to create a Customer Experience ticket to dig deeper.
