Test Email "Declined from Sending"

New user here 👋 I’m sending out our first campaign as a test email, and I keep getting an alert saying “Attention needed(Was previously declined from sending.)” Does anyone know why it’s being declined? Or what I’m doing wrong? This campaign was only going to five people within our office.
