I had set up an automation for my Shopify integration where I want to check, after 7 days of a visitor entering the automation, if they made a successful purchase or not. If they made a purchase, I tag them.
My question is, how do I check after 7 days if a purchase was made or not in order to tag the new client?.
I tried to use ORDER DATE but I dont know if it’s the best way or not.
You may want to consider using a Goal in this case, as you’ll be able to set the condition “Order date > Is > Current date.” The minute they purchase, they’ll jump down to the goal, and you’ll be able to add the tag after that. If they do not meet the goal after being in the automation for 7 days, you can have the contacts exit the automation and not receive the tag.
