Subscribers origin

I have this issue with some subscribers to my list: I cannot understand where they come from.

  1. active campaign says they subscribed via “e-commerce” form (see pic below)
  2. these subscribers come with “name” and “surname” (see the pic below)
  3. these subscribers have no tags (see pic below)

Now, the problem is that the “e-commerce” form has no “name” and “surname” fields. Also, that form is linked to an automation that creates tags depending on the funnel.

So, from what I know, it’s not possible to:

  • subscribe through that form with “name” and “surname”
  • subscribe through that form without any tag applied

If so… Where do they come? I really cannot understand.
