Hi AC team,

I am operating in the German market.

Is it possible to subscribe leads to a form via API / Zapier?

Or alternatively combine double-opt-in with automation?

Yes, we have a fantastic integration with Zapier. One of the best available.

Which form builder are you interested in using?

And, yes, you’re able to use double opt-in with automations as long as those leads come in through an ActiveCampaign form.

thanks for the quick anser.

I am using a typeform quiz and I am currently adding people via Zapier to automation and I am wondering if I can also add people to a AC form instead for a proper double-optin.

Thanks for taking the time to try and get 2x opt-in right!

You should be able to simulate this type of behavior using the contact_add API call, if you pass along a form id to the form field.

Optional subscription Form ID, to inherit those redirection settings. Example: 1001. This will allow you to mimic adding the contact through a subscription form, where you can take advantage of the redirection settings.

Unfortunately, it is not part of Zapier however. Feel free to request it be added if you would like! https://ideas.activecampaign.com/ideas/new

It could possibly be achieved through Zapier though by using a Webhook action.
