Hello.
I need your help.
I want to set an automation. I have 5 diferent pipelines. Some contacts/deals are placed in all 5 pipelines, some are placed in 4 pipelines, some contacts/deals are in 3 pipelines… Every pipeline is managed by different user.
I would like to set the starting trigger of an automation when the contacts deal status changes to “LOST” in all pipelines which the contact is placed in. If the contacts deal status is WON or still OPEN in some of teh pipelines, the contact is not entering the automation.
So the contact would start an automation the same moment when has the status LOST in all pipelines where the contact is placed in.
How can I do that.
Thanks for your help,
Iztok
Hi @topoperater thanks for reaching out! We’ll need to do a bit of a workaround to achieve your goal, so we’ll need to rethink how we’re structuring your automation. There is not a way to gatekeep the automation itself and prevent it from firing when the contact has another deal in another pipeline that is still open or won. However, we can achieve the same result by using an 'if/else block" within the automation. I recorded a quick video you can watch that will walk you through setting up the trigger and if/else step: Zight Recording 2024-10-08 ...
Just let me know if you have any follow up questions for me, or trouble building your automation!
