I’d like to start an automation based on log in and I’m wondering if and how that would be possible to do.
We have people registering to our database. They get from us a username and password and we’d like an automation when they actually sign in to our database with their username and password. Is it possible? (since is behing password).
Any help would be appreciated!

do you only need the automation to trigger on initial login? that would make sense to me.
Suggestion: create automation that triggers on a ‘page view’ and set to only trigger one time, otherwise would always run when a person logs in.
Depending on what DB you are using, you can use Zapier to trigger the contact to start an automation.
If the contact is already on AC, you can use site tracking - URL of the membership page to trigger the automation to send out the emails.
