@melissaannhampton763 This happens when you use a from address like @yahoo.com or @gmail.com. Spammers often use these freemail, temporary addresses as their form address.
The best practice is to use a from address at a domain you own. If you change the from address this will make the spam warning go away.
To change the From Address on a campaign, open the campaign and click the gear icon in the upper right: http://screen.ac/1J2V3A063K23
