Smime Signature

Is it possible to add a SMime signature to each mail? If this is not possible, how can I have each mail processed by a third party application before it is sent by ActiveCampaign? So far I have only seen in the API documentation how to send Contacts, but not the actual mail!

ActiveCampaign’s API primarily focuses on managing contacts, campaigns, and automations, but it doesn’t provide direct support for modifying the content of individual emails, such as adding S/MIME signatures.
