Anyone use Sleeknote and have a ActiveCampaign integration?

I don’t have any ActiveCampaign option in my Sleeknote account. I have the following:

MailChimp
Campaign monitor
Ubivox
Smartweb
Apsis
HeyLoyalty
Peytz
MailPlus
Mailplatform
Custom integration

I had a developer from SleekNote to help with Custom Integration without success.
Anyone had sucess with the integration from here: http://www.activecampaign.com/apps/sleeknote
