Is it possible to enable site tracking on an app the same way site tracking is enabled on a website? I’d like to know which of our contacts have our app and what their app usage is.
To get a clearer picture, what type of app are you building? Is it a CX app in the App Studio (documentation here: Getting Started and Guides), or an application within your own site that calls the ActiveCampaign API?
If you build using a CX/App Studio application, you can track which users are implementing your app by tracking usage of the API key you provide your users, or simply get data from the webhook requests as they come into your server. Outgoing data from a CX app can have additional data in the JSON body for your own analytics.
