I can get my site tracking to work on the forms links and on the campaign links. But on the links I have on a page it dosen’t work. Wether it’s a link or a button.
I can see that the site tracking code is added to the link as a parameter when it works but is missing when i dosen’t. So there must be somewhere i can add it. I’ve used the same contact to the tests.
Does anyone know how it works?

I recommend checking over this article to ensure that the tracking code was successfully added to the page and that the site has been whitelisted in your settings: Once that is complete, contacts will need to be identified in one of the following 3 ways for site tracking to work:
- When contacts click on a link in a campaign.
- When they submit a form created in ActiveCampaign.
- By dynamically inserting the email address of known visitors into the tracking code using javascript.
