'Simplify how you store phone numbers' prompt

Greetings,

Still a n00b here, so patience is appreciated.

I’m using Survey Funnel Software for quiz generation and logging. The way it’s setup has my phone number request coming in through an Optional field. Quite frequently it’s prompting me to convert to Default field.

Normally I’d just click Convert and be done. But I’m not sure if I can go back to having as an Optional if I don’t like the formatting as a Default. Don’t want to paint myself into a corner until I understand the pipeline consequences.

Thoughts?

I would say that if you do not plan to alter this step of the process, go ahead and proceed to convert.

Within ActiveCampaign, the Phone Number field is a Default field so it appears the integration is trying to have you match this from Survey Funnel.

Should you want to keep this as an optional field, kindly do not convert.
