Show field on form without ability to change

Hi guys,

Is there a way to display the content of a field on a contact form (i.e. pre-filled) without the possibility for the user to change the content?

Did you ever figure this out? I want to display the person’s email address without allowing them to change it (it’s for a BOGO offer and the offer only must apply to the same person). If they want to update their email address, we have a different form for that.
