Shopify X AC Integration: How To Display Multiple Purchased Products On My Thank You Email

Hi AC Fam!

I got a Q.

I recently did the Shopify & AC deep dish integration on my account. I have an e-Commerce store that sells mushroom bins & kits. I want to know if it’s possible on the thank you email that’s sent to NEW customers after they purchase to display more than ONE products? My average order value is 3 products and currently I can’t find a way to display more than 1 purchased product on the email.

You should be able to display multiple products if they’re within your collection, by using a ‘Product Block’. You can read more on this here: https://help.activecampaign.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010523699

If this isn’t happening for you I would recommend contacting ActiveCampaign support directly to troubleshoot.
