We’ve recently switched from Constant Contact and are used to exporting/saving a PDF of our monthly e-newsletter to post on our website or getting a link to share to people who aren’t on our mailing list. Is there a way to do that in Active Campaign? Many thanks!

From the Campagins menu, select the campaign. This will bring you to the Overview report. Just below that, click Message. Then in the upper right corner, click the icon with the world on it. I think that icon represents the world wide web. At any rate, the URL that the world icon brings up is shareable. This works well if you want to share one campaign at a time
You may also want to look into the campaign archive.

Hi @ncextension2! You can save the campaign as a PDF by completing the following steps:
- Go to campaigns Archive
- Click on a campaign you need to save
- Right-click and hit Print
- There you will be able to save as PDF
Under the Archive page, you will also find a link that allows you to share the archived campaigns. The link will be specific to each list meaning it will only include campaigns that were sent to that list.
