Set up a regular email task to deals, increasing wait time based on date subscribed

Hi,

I’m trying to set up an automation for my MD to use the deals within ActiveCampaign. The idea is that the frequency of these email tasks will diminish as time goes on. I’ve attempted to set this automation up, as you can see from the attached image:

Something isn’t right as all the contact has gone straight to the 90 days delay, which isn’t right. I’m assuming the Date Subscribed is the day I added them to the pipeline. Is this right? Is there a more efficient way of going about this?

Date Subscribed isn’t the date they were added to the pipeline, it’s the date they were added to a list.

So, you may want to create a new custom date field. The date would be populated with the current time when a deal is added to your pipeline. You’d do this with a dedicated automation just for the purpose of setting that date.

Then this automation would refer to that date field. Let me know if you run into any trouble.
