The server that sends my emails via active campaign is blacklisted as a spam server by anti-spam filters such as spamAssassin.

Generally you’ll be on a different IP with a different send.
Was this a live send or a test send?
Often, TEST sends come from second rate servers, so i’d say run it on a live send and see what the outcome is.
May still happen, but it’s just a common thing on shared IP Pools.
Unless you’re a higher volume sender and can get yourself pushed up, they’ll address that IP as they can. They’re probably already aware of it.
