Segmenting subscribers from those who enrol as well

I just want to check f the following is going to work.

I am trying to set up an automation that tags a person when they subscribe and then tag them again when they enrol…so I can segment those that subscribed and enrolled and those that only subscribed.

I understand I need two forms and that each are tagged appropriately as they enter details and submit. So when I email the two groups, I can send separate campaigns to those with one tag and those with two, right?

Yep, you are correct. You would just want to segment the list or automation by the tag and then you can send separate campaigns to those with the one tag or two tags.
